Jordan is an Asheville-based maternal health occupational therapist with a passion for helping people find joy in their daily routines. She became inspired to start Motherhood Therapy Services in 2023 while seeing the gaps in the perinatal care continuum after giving birth to her son.

Jordan graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences and Counseling degree from Austin Peay State University, and a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Texas Woman’s University. Before founding Motherhood Therapy Services, her career as an OT included roles in acute care, adult behavioral health, inpatient rehabilitation, and multiple skilled nursing facilities, where she most recently served as an Interim Rehab Director.

When she’s not working, you can find Jordan caring for her plants, exploring local restaurants and boba tea shops, and spending afternoons on the couch, nap trapped.
